Mother of 3 looking to celebrate her 41st birthday feeling good about myself!
And I DID celebrate my 41st Birthday being really happy with my body, and much happier with myself as a whole. The beginning of this year I had decided to look after myself for the sake of my family and children, and myself of course. I wanted to like what I am looking at in the mirror again! And I wanted to change my eating habits for the better once and for all. Thanks to Spark I achieved my first goal and lost 13kgs, and it feels great. I am looking to lose a bit ...
And I DID celebrate my 41st Birthday being really happy with my body, and much happier with myself as a whole. The beginning of this year I had decided to look after myself for the sake of my family and children, and myself of course. I wanted to like what I am looking at in the mirror again! And I wanted to change my eating habits for the better once and for all. Thanks to Spark I achieved my first goal and lost 13kgs, and it feels great. I am looking to lose a bit more again, because it feels right, and for the first time ever I have the confidence that I can really do this. Why not reach for the size you always wanted?? I am! And then no more 'Diets'!! Just enjoying a healthier life! I want to be a role model for my children growing up, who I have the pleasure to stay home with every day. I read that a BMI of 22 is one of the healthiest to have, and this is where I am heading with my final goal weight. Last but not least, thank you to all my Spark Friends for being there with me!! It means so much to know somebody out there cares about your achievements, thank you!!!

My Goals:
By my birthday in May I would like to be mostly there with my weight goal weighing around 70kgs. (I made it down to 67.5kgs) The next step is to get down to 63 by the end of the summer, if possible, and be no heavier than 65kgs still by Christmas. And for good actually. Then adios to Diets for once and for all!
My Program:
Tracking my food everyday and exploring new healthier cooking and eating habits.Taking our dog out for a walk every work day, for an hour each time. Determined to start Yoga (started and loving it!). Looking to train the dog to run with me eventually (I think she will be able to). And taking any other opportunity to play teamsports with friends, like Softball in the parents team, or Volleyball with my friends when the opportunity is there.
Personal Information:
Born in Austria, I call more than one place my home: I lived in New York for 9 years, moved to Ireland for the following 11 years, and ended up back where I started in Austria, with my lovely husband and 3 beautiful children (ages 5, 8 and 10)
