Greetings! Just started on SP mid-September 2010. I have struggled with weight issues for 20+ years, and I have had enough! I feel so fortunate to have heard about SP at this time.

I have 50 pounds to lose, and am determined to be successful this time.

Between SP, some sessions with a personal trainer, and my new BOSU and Swiss Ball, I feel ready to tackle this head-on. And if I can be of help or inspiration to anyone along the way, that would be a wonderful bonus! ...

My Goals:
Lose 50 lbs.

Get off hypertension medication

Look great in the new clothes I'm going to buy as a reward

Retain the information I have gleaned and stay in the mindset of healthy living and eating for the rest of my life.

My Program:
Personal trainer 2x/week

Cardio 4-5 times/week (30 minutes)

Tracking food daily

8 hours of sleep/night

Other Information:
Love spending time in my studio painting with acrylics and soft pastels.

Hi. Thank you so much for your comment on my blog yesterday. It really helped in keeping me motivated today. I like your idea of adding one thing each month to help get me where I am going. I should have thought about that a long time ago. I just have trouble with taking that long to accomplish my goal, which could possibly be my problem. lol

Hello! emoticon for stopping by my page, and reading and commenting on my blog. Making lists is something I decided to try and it seems to be working. I make lists at work for things that I need to get done, so I decided that listing my daily goals and/or things to do at home and for me couldn't hurt. So far it is working. I see what I need to do and do what I can. If i don't complete a task on the list, I save it for the next day.
