Hello everyone!

A little bit about me hmmm...
Well. I'm a student, 21. I've always been a bit big but I've put on more weight over the last couple of years from being lazy and generally eating huge amounts of rubbish. I really want to be more in control of my body now that I'm getting a bit older. Soon enough I'll be looking for a career and buying a house and all sorts! I really want to be the best person I can be.

I'd really like some "buddies" around my age ...

I really want to be more in control of my body now that I'm getting a bit older. Soon enough I'll be looking for a career and buying a house and all sorts! I really want to be the best person I can be.

I'd really like some "buddies" around my age who can keep me focussed! I'm relatively good at losing weight but I always get bored and put it back on. So message me ;)

My stats:

Start Weight (16th July): 180lb.
Current Weight: 127lb.
Short term goal weight: 119lb by the end of January 2013
Long term goal weight: 110lb by March 2013

Update: I've made so much progress! I've lost over 50lb since I started... so crazy! Never give up, because it feels great to be proud of yourself!

My Program:
I'm not big on exercise so I'm really just counting calories.

I do a lot of maths to make sure I'm balancing enough calories to get where I want to be.

Oh, and I write in a journal every day, writing down *everything* I eat and how many calories it has, as well as how I'm feeling and what is/isn't working.
