I want to lose 50 lbs by 6/13/12
In early June I will hike Sugarloaf Mountain in Marquette, MI. It is half a mile up but alot of stairs.
I follow the Weight Watchers plan (an older version). I have had success with this program in the past, and then fell off the wagon. I also work out at the local YMCA 3-5 days a week. I have a very supportive family and am able to go to them with struggles, victories and questions.
