Determination...that's what it takes..that's what i have!!!

EVERY WOMAN SHOULD HAVE:

-One old boyfriend you can imagine going back to and one who reminds you of how far you've come.

-A decent piece of furniture not previously owned by anyone else in your family.

-Something perfect to wear if the employer or man of your dreams wants to see you in an hour.

-A youth you're content to move beyond.

-A past juicy enough that you're looking forward to retelling it in your old age.

-A past juicy enough that you're looking forward to retelling it in your old age.

-The realization that you are actually going to have an old age - and some money set aside to help fund it.

-An e-mail address, a voice mailbox and a bank account - all of which nobody has access to but you.

-One friend who always makes you laugh and one who lets you cry.

- A dog...because dogs are in a category all by itself...a very important category :)

-A set of screwdrivers, a cordless drill and a black lace bra.

-Something ridiculously expensive that you bought for yourself, just because you deserve it.

-The belief that you deserve it.

EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW:

-How to fall in love without losing yourself.

-How to quit a job, break up with a man and confront a friend without ruining the friendship.

-When to try harder and when to walk away.

-The names of: the secretary of state, your great-grandmother and the best tailor in town.

-How to live alone, even if you don't like to.

-That you can't change the length of your calves, the width of your hips or the nature of your parents.

-That your childhood may not have been perfect, but it's over.

-What you would and wouldnt do for money or love.

-That nobody gets away with smoking, drinking, doing drugs or not flossing for very long.

-Who you can trust, who you cant and why you shouldnt take it personally.

-Not to apologize for something that isnt your fault."

Thanks so much, Taty, for thinking of me during this very difficult time. I was very close to my Mom and throughout my life, she's been my rock as she taught me how to be one for others. I miss you dear lady, and appreciate your goodie.

Thanks for the goodie, Taty. It was a pleasant surprise to hear from you today.

I miss my Warriors, too but I like my new team, too, just not in the same way as the Warriors who were like family to me.

How are you doing? Still fighting the good fight? Are you still doing BLC? What team are you on?

Take care.

Hope you are doing well. Going to be a long week for me - well, I hope long, because I have so much to do - as usual.

Nothing to forgive, silly lady... I know life is crazy busy!!!!! Just know I'm always here, just a few clicks away if you ever wanna talk! Glad to hear you're doing well. emoticon

I'm hangin' in there. I get very frustrated with myself at times because I can't seem to stay on track long enough at a time to make progress. Our oldest daughter is getting married in June, and you KNOW I don't wanna hate how I look in the wedding pictures!! Also, I have to be able to fit into the dress I bought, that's currently too small! emoticon
