"Spark Loser"

Was thin all my life and in the last two years I put on weight and Im having hell of a time getting my weight off. skipping meals just does not cut it and I do know you need to eat to lose. Im at a point in my life that my weight is just not comming off. so if anyone can help me out there.....HELP... if you understand what im going threw..

Ok, your pictures are so cute...love how funny your personality shines in them!! :0 Thanks for adding me as your friend, I know exactly how you feel about being skinny your whole life then to gain weight, it makes you feel so huge. Remember small changes will help you create new habits, so just trying to drink your 8 cups of water a day for a week, will make it easier to keep at it. Try setting small goals of eating at least 1-2 servings of fruits & veggies a day. Work on that this week then set a new one next Monday. I still do this & it helps you with not getting over whelmed with everything! Best wishes, I'm always here if you need me!

Hi Thanks for adding me as a friend.I read that you at last also discovered YES you have to eat to live a healthy lifestyle to lose the weight & keep it off!! Never go below 1200 calories a day! Im here for you so come & ask me your concerns.. Thanks again.. Have a great day.. Chris
