Hello everyone. My name is Tasha and I just turned 25 years old. I have been wanting and talking about having a healthier, more sexier body. I look in the mirror at times and hate what I see looking back. So I am determined to make some permanent changes.

2010 is the year!!!!

I have a 4 year old daughter, Saniya, that is my world. I can't exactly blame the pregnancy for my weight gain, cause after I had her, I actually weighed less than before I got pregnant. I blame all of my eating out over the past year and then probably genetics. The majority of my family is overweight. I have to break that pattern.

I'm in love with a wonderful man, Brian. He has been my motivation to get back in the gym also.


I will weigh in once a week to track my weight loss (or gain!)

3/25 - Weight - 143 lbs (lifecenter machine)
I decided to use the weight room scale, it seems to be more accurate than the lifecenter.....so you can say I'm starting anew!
4/2 - weight - 138.5 (locker room scale)
4/14 - weight 137.7 (yayy)
Next weigh in - 4-20-09 and my goal is to lose 2 pounds = new gym outfit.....
Wow!!! I just realized that I havent been on in a loooonnnggg time. But back to weighing in soon!

My Goals:
Weight June 7, 2009 - 141lbs BF - 25.8%

Week 1 - June 14th, 2009 - 138.7 BF - 25.4% - Goal lose 1lb (DONE lost 3lbs)

Week 2 June 21, 2009 - 135.5 BF - 24.7% Goal lose 2lbs (Done lost 3lbs)

Week 3 June 29, 2009 - ---.- BF- Goal lose 2lbs

Ok starting all over!

Today is June 30, 2010 and i am just starting Jillians 30 day shred! I got way off track, but now im determined. I will update what i am doing later!

My Program:
I am struggling to get back on the path to weight loss. I will begin slow!
Week 1: Drink 8 glasses of water and less eating out!

Thank you for stopping by my page, for adding me as a friend and for the nice compliment...My hair wasn't always this long...A year and a half ago it was only neck length...I started a daily hair regimen...Read Cathy Howse book and began using her products....And my hair grew to the back of my bra....I'm very excited that I now have my "own" hair the length that I've always wanted..Now I'm working on my body:)...Enjoy the rest of your week and thank you again for stopping by:)
