Thank you for your feedback on my blog. We all at times have some adjustment to do. This is a tough journey if you have 5 lbs or 100 lbs. We need to make the choice to want to be healthier individuals but sometimes that isn't enough. I know you can be the person you want to be. You have come so far. Don't let a little pot hole ruin your day. Go over it gently. Give yourself a chance to evaluate why you are feeling the way you are feeling. Sometimes it is that look that opens the next door.
