--Eat around 2,000 calories a day

--Exercise for at least 200 minutes a week. My favorite form of activity is walking and aerobic videos at home.

I have lived in Virginia my whole life and so has my husband of 12 years. We have a 7 year old little girl, a dog, and 2 cats.

I totally understand that feeling of being ready for a change and I am definitely inspired by you wanting to take it slow so that you can keep it off once you get to your goal weight. No matter what we can face this weight loss journey head on and I'm so excited to have someone else to chat with on the way, going solo is lame to say the least.
