I am 20 years old, married to my best friend for 2 years (Jan 1st), and we have a sweet little 1 year old daughter. I gained a lot more weight during my pregnancy than I expected I would, and still haven't lost it! Before I was pregnant I wanted to lose weight but wasn't successful. Things are much different now. I am embracing this lifestyle change and am really enjoying it.

It was by pure accident but it was exactly the tool I needed to be accountable and help motivate me. I love it and I love dropping pounds!

I can't wait to reach my goals!

My Goals:
My current goal is to lose 25 pounds.


I am not sure how rapidly the weight loss will occur so my end date is my birthday, at the end of April. That is 1 pound a week for 25 weeks, very doable.

However, if it occurred faster I would not complain!!

Once I reach the low 130 range I will re-evaluate my goals.

My Program:
Do a cardio workout 5-6 times a week. Mostly TurboJam. Love it :)

Strength train 3-4 times a week, every other day.

Eat 1200 - 1550 calories a day, staying as close to the bottom as possible.

Drinking 8 - 10 glasses of water a day.

Eating more fruits and vegetables. At every meal and as snacks.


Personal Information:
I am 20 years old and married to my best friend. :)
We have a wonderfully active and very curious little girl.
I'm in college for Nursing. 3 years left.



Other Information:
I like to spend alone time with my husband Ray.

Other than that I like to try new recipes, go shopping especially for clothing, scrapbook, play Wii, watch funny and sweet movies, and of course play and teach my daughter new things.
