Getting fit: Take 3
I turned 50 last November. I never had any weight issues before age 30. I've only been able to stick to exercise/eating plans for a few months at a time over the last 20 years. In '03/'04, I lost 50 lb and I gained back 30 two different times. I've kept 50% of the good eating habits, but no portion control. I want to do cardio 5 times or more a week. I want to get back to all my good eating habits and stop eating so much when it just tastes good. I want to introduce weight ...

Personal Information:
I love my husband, he is my best friend. I have two great step kids. We adopted/rescued three miniature dachshunds and they are awesome. I ride a Harley and love trap shooting.

I am 5' 9-1/4" (used to be 5'10"!)
