My Goals:
I will loose weight because I am tired of shopping with my friends and always having to buy size 16
50 POUNDS thats all I have to Loose!!!!!

My Program:
I am going to stop going in the fridge everytime I am bored ,lonely ,and tired. Instead I will walk or do a couple of crunches. Believe me those crunches will add up fast because I am always in that fridge. Maybe I can start eating ice chips instead of potatoe chips. They are just some thoughts I am thinking out loud.

I enjoy swimming ,gardening and love music .
I wish one day I could quit my job at Heinz and move to toronto or some where else fun and alive.
