My goal is to drop 10 kg/ 22 lbs. Lower my BMI and cholesterol to normal levels. Be healthy and fit. Be rid of the extra rolls around my midriff and tummy.
To meet my goal, I am using SP to keep track of my exercises and daily calories. Need to practice PORTION CONTROL! My fitness routine consists of 3-4 days of walking and 2 times/week of ST at gym.
I live in Melbourne, Australia. I've been married for 50 years and have 2 daughters and 1 son.
I love travelling. Have seen a lot of Australia and now that we have grandchildren living in Scotland we travel there every northern summer.

With the political situation like it is here now I'd like to get rid of all of them!! I can't wait to try to clean house when next November rolls around for us. We are in a state I never thought I would see, and it's in my opinion, not a good one.
