My Goals:
My goal is to drop 13 kg/ 28 lbs.
Lower my BMI and cholesterol to normal levels.
Be healthy and fit.
Be rid of the extra rolls around my midriff and tummy.

My Program:
To meet my goal, I am using SP to keep track of my exercises and daily calories.
My fitness routine consists of 5-6 days of walking and 2 times/week of strength training .

Personal Information:
I live in Melbourne, Australia.
I've been married for 49 years and have 2 daughters and 1 son.

Other Information:
I love travelling. Have seen a lot of Australia and now that we have grandchildren living in Scotland we travel there every northern summer.
