My New Season of Change!

Fall 2014! I am in the last 10 pound range. I am hoping the Fall 5% Challenge will get me there. I was a slacker for the summer! I am really going to work at keeping track of my food on this challenge. I end up eating too much and the scale isn't moving! Not totally unhappy with where I am, but I know I can do better!

My Goals:
My goals for the Summer Challenge are to get closer to my goal. I am presently 10 pounds away.

My Program:
I'm still getting this together. It is a program of adding small changes to my life. I can say that I do walk 5 miles every morning on the treadmill, and get in my 10,000 steps. I can admit that I have fallen off the wagon on the weekends. I will be tracking my food closer for this challenge.
