Today I weighed 181 again (same as last Friday) since I gained a few pounds of muscle. I have burned over a pound of weight just in my exercising. 7 hrs. in the gym since Monday. I have been logging a little over 2 hrs. each time I am in the gym. I am using a trainer once a week then also go to kickboxing on Tuesdays and some other classes the other days. My knees have been hurting so I will only go 5 days a week with two rest days every few days to help rest them. But at least I am burning 700-1000 calories in the two hrs. I am in the gym. Yeah!
