HI THERE! my name is Noelle and this is my second time with Spark. When i started the very first time with sparkpeople I was at 230 pounds. I got engaged back on 12/2008 and i decided then i that i was going to make things happen. I brough myself down to 170 for my wedding in september and after that experience i know that i can do anything and so can you! I gain some weight after the wedding but am steadily dropping the weight to finally get to my goal.

Hey i found your page and I have to say our goals are quite similar. I'm trying to avoid diabetes as well as I've seen how it has affected my father. I also just got married! Yay! I wore a Maggie dress as well!

Today I weighed 181 again (same as last Friday) since I gained a few pounds of muscle. I have burned over a pound of weight just in my exercising. 7 hrs. in the gym since Monday. I have been logging a little over 2 hrs. each time I am in the gym. I am using a trainer once a week then also go to kickboxing on Tuesdays and some other classes the other days. My knees have been hurting so I will only go 5 days a week with two rest days every few days to help rest them. But at least I am burning 700-1000 calories in the two hrs. I am in the gym. Yeah!
