Well I am 42 and I've been trying for years to lose weight. I lose a stone then gain 2, mind you that could be the babies! But the excuse is wearing thin, I would really like to have a waist size that is below my bust size. Well I am 42 and I've been trying for years to lose weight. I lose a stone then gain 2, mind you that could be the babies! But the excuse is wearing thin, I would really like to have a waist size that is below my bust size. I get really frustrated as I walk by the shop windows and glimpse a leading tummy (and thats without the baby inside!) Yes, I would do it all again, but time I got into shape which is much easier said than done. My intention is there, the will power wains especially at the weekend with my family around and lots of picky dinners, lunches and breakfasts! At least since I've joined Sparkpeople, I am begining to see this more as a lifestyle thing. My appetite is begining to govern my eating rather than my tastebuds!! And I haven't had pizza in about 6 months. Mind you good ole Chef Meg has come up with Chicken and bean tostada recipe that looks like it will satisfy my desire! With the exercise tips hitting my inbox I even did some jogging while I waited for number 2 son to get changed for bed. No wasted time now!! Here is to 145 pounds!!
