Thank you so much for stopping by my page ! If you noticed in the first line of my intro, I am in midst of recovering from a 30 year non stop battle of binge eating disorder, so we are in a similar boat.

Veganism is a joy. Just the thought that suffering is mimimized or even eliminated from my plate, fills me with peace. I do hope you are able to find your way back to it sometime, I am always a willing ear for this and for the troubles you have with food, because I share them, and have since 1983 when I was a young college girl.
