Hello Thanks for dropping by my Spark Page. I've broken my ankle/leg (spiral fracture of my left fibula at the ankle joint) after slipping in mud whilst running a week ago last Sunday. It's frustrating and challenging not being able to walk, run, drive, swim, go to the gym etc and very bad news for my weight! Fortunately I've got lots of very kind friends who are helping and visiting. I'm hoping I can return to work next week but that depends on the outcome of tomorrow's X-ray.
Hi! Nice to meet you here on Spark's! I just got re-acquainted with Sparks again at the beginning of March so I'm fairly new here as well. It's a great place to accomplish your goals; even if your weight loss goals seem impossible right now. The support and encouragement a person gets on here is truly the "extra" magic factor in losing weight; it helps me so much!
I'm an older mom (46 with a 5 and 4 yr old!); I've never been overweight(except since I had the kids..lol); and I'm hoping we can help each other along with losing the pounds! I'm adding you as a SparkFriend right now!!
