for reading and commenting on my blog stop and smell the flowers. With all that is happening in the news today, isn't it a nice welcome to hear about someone doing something really decent. I really didn't expect to get such a response. I am glad I could brighten member's day. Have a nice weekend/
Thank you so much for your comments on my recent blog “Congratulations – you have won 86,400…” I have been overwhelmed and honoured by the response and receiving a popular blog award. In the past three weeks my mother-in-law passed away at 93, my brother-in-law had open heart surgery to repair an aortic aneurysm and my son’s mother-in-law has been diagnosed with thyroid cancer and is undergoing radical surgery tomorrow. Together with these events, the article came to my inbox as a timely reminder to me that our time here is numbered and every minute that we are given is too precious to waste on unimportant negativity. As Sparkie friends, we are sharing the journey to focus on being as healthy as possible and finding a successful balance in our lives – through healthy eating, exercise and happy relationships – I just wanted to share the article with everyone and I am humbled that it also resonated with so many others. Thanks for your support and best wishes for much happiness in the future.
Love that you are a BODYBUILDER. Check out IZZYBARISH on YouTube as that man is 62 and in wonderful shape, as he has a Home Gym in his basement that he started making 26 yrs ago. He's so interesting. Jilliam Michaels has never had children (says she can't since she has endometreosis) and she's only 5'2" and 119#. She's 37. Now, Denise Austin is 57, the mother of two grown girls and 5'4" and 112#.
Joyce Vidral is a great one since she is now about 69 and has been working out for over 20 yrs. She's about 5'1" and she's got one DD. Priscilla Patrick who teaches yoga on PBS-TV is 69 and has 3 grown children. She's 5'6" and 110#. She showed once how strong she was doing Yoga postures and said that most people don't believe that YOGA can make you so strong. Her web site is at www.yogaone.com
