September is my month to retain and tone up. I can lose a little but I need to fit into my wedding dress. Water, fruits, veggies, lean proteins are the key. Stretching, weights, and yoga for my sanity are my life!

My Successes:
I have lost around 25lbs since my journey has begun!! It has been a long process a slow process but a wonderful journey that I know I must continue on.

*Check out my new picture of my fiance Russ and I at the Bon Jovi concert. Until I saw this picture I had no idea the transformation I have truly made!!

I have learned to control what I eat.
*I don't just eat for no reason any more
*Nor do I eat because I am bored or because I am upset

*I AM NOT AN EMOTIONAL EATER ANYMORE & THAT HAS BEEN MY GREATEST REWARD! FOOD DOES NOT OWN ME ANYMORE!!

I have succeeded in excersise
*If I know I can- then why would I ever NOT...

I have succeeded in being an example to others!
*I never set out to do this because my journey started out for me and me alone. But now I have friends, co workers, and family members looking at me as an example of what they can achieve.
*All I can say is bring on the added responsibility!

I have succeeded in lowering my cholesterol to a healthy number
*Something that my doctors never thought I would be able to do

I have succeeded in gaining more confidence
*I feel great
*I look great

I have succeed in being a Weight Watcher's Member
*I attend my meeting every week
*I journal
*I count my pts.
