I'm a 30 year old female weighing 430 pounds. I started this program twice before but I wasn't totally committed. I'm not so much concerned with numbers as I am with looking good and fitting in my clothing. My ideal size is a 12 but I'll be happy with a 14/16. Right now I'm a 28/30. My worst area is my arms and legs. They are the size of tree trunks. I hate being unable to wear sleeveless clothing because my arms look so bad. My Goals:
My long term goal is to be under 340 and wearing a size 20 by 6/13/2010! Once I reach my goal I will change it. I have to start small. My short term goals are as follows:

My Program:
I promised myself that I would track whatever I eat good or bad. It forces me to think about what I am putting in my mouth. I can see when I've over done it and when I need to eat a little more. Planning my meals the day before helps me stay on track. I tend to over-eat or make poor choices when I do not have a plan.
