Love you blog and your "Secrets" on Dr. Oz were wonderful.
1) Use a kitchen timer, set it to 15 minutes when a craving/urge to eat comes on, and wait. Then re-evaluate whether you really need/want to eat.
2) Add a bathroom cupful of juice to water bottle, for flavor. Avoid drinking sugary beverages by themselves.
3) Rate food in social situations from 1-10. If it's a 10 (like chocolate, for example), eat a little bit and enjoy it. If it's not a 10, think about whether you really want/need to eat that little bit.
