Thank you for the comment on my blog. I will run with all the advice I have been given. All of you guys have been so great I am not so worried anymore. Thank you also for reminding me that we are not really there for the food it is totally about being with family and the meaning for the holiday in the first place. I think I've got this. Thanks for checking in! My Thursday has been busy and it will be non stop for the next four days! There is a good chance I wont be on again until later this weekend but will definitely start being more regular on here then. Don't feel bad about the pizza. We had a special event at our kids school and that is what was served, but at least it was just one slice!

Happy Thursday!! TY! Well when i go to the gym i start out on the treadmill for 30 minutes to get my heart rate up and get my energy level going. Then when that's over i get on the guzel (i think that's what it's called lol) and do that for 30 minutes, Then jump back on the treadmill for another 30minutes and finally get on the Elliptical for the last 30 minutes. That's litterally all i do, At first i didn't use the guzel because i wanted to spend 30 minutes in the weight room with to tone up but i figured this week i won't because i don't want to tone up, id rather lose weight first then start the toning. what do you do to help you lose weight?
