My Goals:
I want my clothes to fit better as well as adding more exercise to help with weight management and stress reduction. (and now also to reverse osteoporosis!)
My Program:
I do best if I avoid sugar and refined grains and emphasize good proteins and plenty of fruits and vegetables.

I'm originally from Illinois but am presently living in Ohio and have completed 35 years of teaching in this state.
I am 60 years old and have one adult son.

I like to read and sew and quilt.
