And here we go!

I'm 24, in medical school, and currently logging 60+ hours a week at the hospital and trying to figure out how to keep the motivation going!

I am currently doing Jillian Michaels and hope to add back C25K soon!

I have set a goal of 10lbs per month, but it is just something to aim for..so far I'm losing at a SNAILS pace!

-Reach a healthy BMI
-Reach a healthy Body Fat %
-Run a 5K and possibly progress to 10K, and marathons
-Learn to live a healthy lifestyle and stick with it

-Drop Body Fat to 25% or less

My Program:
I'm eating balanced meals and keeping my net calories between 1400-1600 per day. I honestly hate most fruits and vegetables so I am making an effort to eat 2 servings of each per day.

Exercise-wise I am doing 30 Day shred, running/walking in a couch-5K program, and experimenting with heavy lifting in the form of a home weight set

I'm a smarty-pants and a super nerd. In my free time I read fantasy novels and play RPG games on XBOX360. I love Science and anything created by Joss Whedon. Generally I don't have much free time though so relaxation days are few and far between.



Other Information:
I received my BS in Molecular and Cellular Biology in May 2011 and am currently a third year medical student.

I'm tougher than I look, and one day I want to look and feel as strong as I know I am. I want the person in the mirror to be me, not that fat girl that has taken over.

    emoticon I have added you as a friend as we seem to have so much in common. Your plans are very good I would love to do the same but I can't do exercise, so I think my results will be not as fast, this week I had my first weigh in and I lost 8lbs in my first month so I'm pleased with that!!
