i am focusing on the good in life. i am a lucky girl blessed with a great family, friends, and i am happy to be alive. i've been in a health routine of working out about 5 days a week through my local Y. now that it is summer, i joined a softball team and hopefully will get in more biking. through working out and eating well i'm hoping to meet new people, improve my mood, and lose 30 pounds in the next year. good things to welcome into my life... ...
