My Hope
My hope is to get close to my Savior, Jesus Christ. My goal is to change my lifestyle as far as diet, exercise, and water intake as much as I can given my health, which my doctor labeled "fair", which is better than, "poor", which it used to be. I want to see as many improvements in my health that the steps I can take will change:high cholesterol, high blood, pressure, level of chronic back and sciatic pain, perhaps my MS,GERD, etc..etc. Undoubtedly these changes will also help change my ...

My Goals:
My main goal is to get as healthy as I can with both MS and severely painful scoliosis. Plus a bunch of other medical problems. This goal includes losing weight and adding regular exercise and healthy eating to my lifestyle permanently.
My Program:
Track both my nutrition and exercise. Change the types of food I eat. (add whole grains, more fresh fruits and veggies, etc.) Stop evening munching!

My name is Sarah. I live in Bellingham, Washington. I'm 50-yrs-old and am in fair health. I have 3 grown children, but I only know one of them. I have 2 grandchildren that I know of and am close to one of them-(Anthony) I see the other one once in a great while-she was adopted out but it's a very open adoption.
Other Information:
I love to read Christian fiction, especially suspense and thrillers.
My favorite movie is On Golden Pond
I like true crime t.v. shows and the animal planet.
I am disabled, but able in a lot of ways.

I just read what you wrote on my secrete about exercise, and I wanted to tell you that my son bought walking sticks at Walmart for $24 I think, and we went hiking on an easy trail. The walking sticks work really well to help with balance! I couldn't have completed the hike without them. Maybe they would help you.
