It's April, 2011, and I'm currently doing three Spinfit classes - Wednesday night, Friday night and Sunday morning - and a Zumba class - Tuesday afternoon - a week, and loving it!

I never thought I'd love exercise this much!

I'm in a relationship with an amazing woman who live in Raleigh, NC, and I'd love to be fit and healthy when we finally meet up.

Short-, mid- and long-term goals.

Short:
- Get below 400lbs - achieved September, 2010
- GET BELOW 350lbs
- Keep Spinning three times a week
- Keep going to Zumba once a week
- Manage 15 minutes on the treadmill - achieved March 6th, 2010

Medium:
- Manage 15 minutes on the stationary bike - achieved March 4th, 2010
- Manage 15 minutes on the elliptical - achieved March 27, 2010
- Manage 30 minutes on the treadmill - achieved April 30, 2010
- Manage 30 minutes on the elliptical - achieved June, 2011
- Get a job
- Update www.fatgirlslim.org at least once a week
- Wear a NICE DRESS to my sister's wedding on October 22, 2010 - Achieved October 22, 2010
- Lose 100lbs by December 2012

Long-term:
- Reach goal weight of 145lbs by December 31, 2013
- Attend and graduate from University
- Move into my own house or apartment
- MARRY MY GIRLFRIEND
- Go to Greece; eat real Greek food; climb Mount Olympus; become a Goddess.

My Goals:
I'd love to compete in The Great Scottish Run/10K/Half Marathon in 2010 , or do the Machu Picchu walk that's advertised in the UK Weight Watchers magazine. Or maybe the "cycle or walk the Great Wall of China" kind of thing.

Most of all, I just want to be healthy for a change.


My Program:
I was a member of Weight Watchers, but I've been advised by my doctor to count calories, and watch my saturated fat intake.
