time to get back on track

hi my name is sarah im 27 have been engaged for 10 yrs and have a beautiful healthy 7month old daughter

last august i was doing well with my weight and was quite happy with my body in oct i fell pregnant i was over the moon and really enjoyed pregnancy until i hit 6 months
i had an awful time with one of my teeth which stopped me eatin for a month and then the doctors ummed and arred over whether i have pre - eclampcia so after 3 wks of in an out of hospital i was admitted ...

last august i was doing well with my weight and was quite happy with my body in oct i fell pregnant i was over the moon and really enjoyed pregnancy until i hit 6 months
i had an awful time with one of my teeth which stopped me eatin for a month and then the doctors ummed and arred over whether i have pre - eclampcia so after 3 wks of in an out of hospital i was admitted one day with a pressure build up in back of my head and i had the baby more or less there and then at exactly 35wks she was 4lb i was already quite depressed from all the ins and outs of hospital so you can imagen my mood after havin to spend another 11 days in hospital after having my baby she was amazingly fit and healthy me on other had had a dangerously high blood pressure

anyways i went about 2-3 months without eating properly and as soon as id had baby i was back to my original weight but as i started to feel better being home i started to get my appatite back

and here i am 163lb i should be 125lb id be happy around 135-140lb
im a size 14-16 id be happy at a size 12-14

Howdy and welcome to Spark People! I log on daily and read lots of blogs and updates and often reply to Spark Friends when they blog or post, so we can "friend" eachother and keep tabs. I have been here a year and four months, love it, have lost 60 pounds at last count, have 10 to go, and have gradually changed my lifestyle to a MUCH healthier one. I am quite a bit older than you but who cares? I lived in Englad for half a year many years ago and enjoy the culture (um, meaning BBC America). I am a typical American in many ways but atypical in others. As for giving you a kick when you need it, I am better known for a kinder, supportive approach - positive so self esteem improves. Glad to help any time! Also, I need encouragement often - it really, really helps me stick with the program. "Falling off" was always my biggest problem with "diets". I'll check out your Spark Page and "friend" you next!
