No worries I slacked off too. Finals were fine, but it certainly hindered any chance I had at being active and wanting to eat correctly. Thankfully with the new semest I have restarted, and will hopefully have an edge on finals this time. How did your first semester go? 1674 days ago

I'm also a 1L and am looking for a motivation buddy. My wake up call like yours was when I realized I was 178 lbs, when a year and a half ago I had been 145. Hi India, I saw your post on the 25 somthings spark team. I'm also 25 and hoping to lose a decent amount of weight. I joined spark people two years ago and lost 25 lbs doing the spark people diet. Then over the course of the past two years I gained it all back. Now I'm determined to make steady change in my life - instead of quickly- and hopefully sustain that change for life! Welcome to the law students group!! When does your semester start? Law school is tough, but if you can incorporate a steady exercise routine into your schedule it will help keep you focused on your studies!
