It's The Journey That Counts!

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 20 pounds in the next 6 months and to continue on with healthy eating and making exercise a priority
My Program:
I am concentrating on portion control. I have tried South Beach and Atkins and have come to realize that we can enjoy ALL foods, but it's about watching how much!

I'm 44 years old, and a wife and mother. I am from Alberta, Canada but lived most of my life overseas.
Other Information:
Mildred Mcafee - If you have a great ambition, take as big a step as possible in the direction of fulfilling it. The step may only be a tiny one, but trust that it may be the largest one possible for now.
