Not as young as I used to be

I have three grown children and am raising a grandchild with autism.
I have gotten my weight down. I would like to lose a little more but boy do I need to firm up. I can't keep up with my grandson. And I look like a deflated balloon. Not that I am about to put on shorts or a bathing suit.
As of June 13, 2010 I also have a beautiful daughter-in-law and two wonderful granddaughters

My Goals:
1 .I would like to be able to keep up with my grandson.

2. I would like to be comfortable while wearing shorts, or maybe even a bathing
suit
3. Do a regular push up

My Program:
1. Keep my calorie intake under 1600.
2. 10 minutes cardio
3. Strenght training
4. Drink more water
5. no mayo
6. Exercise at least 30 mins five times a week
