My Goals:
Progress, not perfection.

My Program:
Searching for a healthy forever plan...

**Cardio Monday through Friday at least 10 minutes. ( Usually my elliptical and closer to 30-60 minutes a day; I have perfected the "elliptical- jog," if I do say so myself)

** Strength training twice a week ( Haven't been as successful in keeping up with this... Don't know what gives since it doesn't even make me sweat that much! Geez)

** Some Random Act of Cardio twice a week. (Walking, a fitness DVD, dancin; housework doesn't count, but mowing the grass sure does!!)

** Stay within calorie range (I have a tendency to be either under or over; someday I'll learn to give my body just the "right" amount of food!)

**Spark, journal, read motivating books, articles & pages, encourage others.

40-something, very happily married, no children.

Welcome to 100 Plus Club! You’ll find plenty of support and encouragement here. No question is too stupid to ask, so post away and we’ll all put in our two cents worth. Utilize all the tools SP has to offer. I find tracking my food and exercise most helpful. Good luck on your weight loss journey!
