I'm on a mission to look good in a bikini. It's never happened before. It's never even crossed my mind. But I think I can do it.
I'm TRACKING TRACKING TRACKING. I'm working on eating simply because it's just plain old better for you. I also feel that portion control is my nemesis.
As for Excercising. I'm not going nuts, I'm just trying to infuse excercise into my daily routine. Crunches in front of the TV, going up an extra flight of stairs on my way to work and walking the dogs 3 nights a week. Easy things.
