A walk might be a really nice idea, actually. I'm still struggling to think of ways to exercise, although keeping c. 1,500 calories per day looks like it might be manageable! Which is good news. I just filled in my first day of tracking (like I promised myself, which is a good start) and everything is so much less than I thought it would be, I was really worried about the things I like eating everyday not being possible. 1626 days ago
