A new start to a healthy me!

My previous plans to lose baby weight flew out the window once I went back to work and I actually packed on more pounds and am at my heaviest weight ever. My daughter is weeks away from her first birthday and on the verge on walking and I am determined to get to a healthy size so I can run and play with her. My husband and I are also planning on trying for a 2nd baby in the fall to complete our family circle, so I HAVE TO GET THIS WEIGHT OFF!

Plan of attack - track ALL of my calorie intake, staying within 1200 - 1550 cals per day.
Slowly incorporate exercise- start with little things, like taking walks with my daughter and walking on my breaks and lunch at work - then work up to exercise DVDs at home. I would like to start with Jillian Michaels '30 Day Shred', followed by 'Insanity', then 'P90X'. A gym isn't an option for me right now, so I will work with what I have in the time frame I have to do it!
