I am beginning again, but need a lot of encouragement!! I have several medical issues to contend with but I intend to set up my own success. I want to be healthy, mentally and physically. That means my mind wakes up fresh, my thoughts are happy, and I can feel a sense of purpose. My body will become stronger, more capable and most importantly able to function correctly.

I love to read and love love loove to go camping in the mountains. I enjoy sewing and crocheting... all sorts of music. I only wish I had just a little more time for these things:)

That's ok :) I have lost 2.6 pounds during the challenge so far. :) And since Jan 4th I have lost 9.4 pounds. i find these challenges to be very motivating.

Hello partner :) It’s been real busy here too. ‘Been working 16 hours every day for two weeks, so not much time for anything else. But I lost a kilo… Goodness knows how! How are you doing? Up for the challenge this week?
