My Goals:
I can't wait to run a marathon! Look and feel great in my clothes.

My Program:
Running! I have actually started to enjoy it. I have a test in August that requires running so I thought I'd pick it up now. On a good week I work out 4 times a week. 2 additional days I work out 2x a day. I cross-train in and out of the gym.

Remember, every day is a new and fresh beginning. All you have to do is make it through this 24 hours and a new day will begin. Take this journey one day at a time, and it can be done :)
