I'm taking my body back!
I'm Kathie - Most of my life was spent working in a health food store and a gym. I've never been "skinny" but I have looked damn good a time or two & I wasn't always fat like this. 10 years ago I moved to Astoria, Oregon and I've been battleing my weight ever since. I'm not blaming Oregon , it's just that my entire life changed when I moved, and my activity levels died off. I became a SAHM, put on some weight, by the time I went back to work, I had put on a good 50lbs, battled to get it off, ...

I'm not blaming Oregon , it's just that my entire life changed when I moved, and my activity levels died off. I became a SAHM, put on some weight, by the time I went back to work, I had put on a good 50lbs, battled to get it off, it didn't leave for long, I quit smoking 2 almost 3 years ago and gained 30 more pounds. I've lost my body, I've now made a conscious decision to take it back! I can no longer sit back and say "I'm fine".

My Goals:
My first goal is to lose the 30 lbs I gained when I quit smoking.
My second goal is to lose the 50 lbs I gained when I moved to Oregon.
My ultimate goal is to lose 130 lbs Total.
My Program:
I am using supplements from Advocare (www.ilovemyspark.com). I have lots of support from some great friends who are doing this with me, and I'm NOT dieting for the first time in my life. I am however modifying the amounts of certain foods I ingest. Part of my weight problem is because I go without eating quite often, so I am making myself eat 6 small meals a day.

So like I said, I'm Kathie, I grew up in Colorado & New Mexico - 10 yrs ago I moved to Astoria, Oregon (on the coast) & I love it, all except the weight gain, LOL.

Other info... hmmm like what? I knit, I love my kiddo's, movies, zombies, music, books, taxes, muscular bald men with goatees and tattoos, LOL Catz, steve madden shoes, my computer, happy bunny. And as happy bunny would say... Your icky and nosey :)
