I want to better my health, look better, feel better, feel more energetic, and not feel so self conscious (I can't even bring myself to join a gym because I don't want people looking at me while I exercise)
The first 3 months here I was really just keeping track of my eating habits. I am a major snacker but it's mostly out of boredom than hunger. I'm trying to walk more for my exercise because It's the easiest thing for me to do at this point.
