Love Fitness

I have about a thousand goals - I had a number of injuries several years ago and it really slowed me down. I want to continue to rehab my busted joints, lose weight, work out consistently, do more outdoor fitness activities, obstacle races, figure competitions, and go back to be an awesome fitness professional!
