    At first my motivation was to just feel good in my body again and believe it or not, as soon as I got into a regular fitness routine, I started feeling better. I do water aerobics or swimming, and my range of motion, strength and endurance all started coming back. Now, I feel so good as a result of the regular fitness, that I just keep going. Water feels so good to me, so refreshing, that some days my motivation is just to reward myself with getting in the water.
