My Goals:
Goal #1: Buy Clothes in a regular store! Regular size! Goal #2: Workout at least 4 days a week Goal #3 Eat healthy Everyday. Starting out with 30 day goals Goal #4: Forget about the scale and focus on fat loss! Goal #5: Start college again to finish my computer programming degree Goal #6: Last but never least! Be more spiritual and more in contact with God! Develop a closer relationship with Him! Praise him every day for the big and the small!
My Program:
1- Everyday Counts- Login my food every day in the nutrition tracker 2- Go to the gym at least 4 times a week 3-Read a motivational article everyday. 4-Limit my sugar intake to 15g and my carbs to 120g. Belly Fat cure diet. 5- Keep a positive attitude and focus. 6-If I fall off the wagon hop in it as soon as possible.
Personal Information:
I am a 38 year old female trying to get fit in 2011! I have been married for 4 years now and have some issues with fertility so I am hoping weight loss will help me with it.
