In my second (2011) attempt I have decided to focus more on being healthy by exercising and eating healthy. As you can see from my site I have been an on again off again dieter. I hope to stick to this longer this time.

I started at 251 lbs Jan 16, 08 and I've lost 17 lbs on my own but it's been lonely and I've done too many diet attempts in the past by my self, not to know that it is too easy to quit when you hit a rough spot, if your not getting outside encouragement from others who are going down the same road. I'm currently at 234.2 lbs (232.4 this morning)and hope to reach 135 by my 45th birthday in Feb next year. On second thought, 145 by 45 does sound better doesn't it. And if I exceed my goal? Oh Well! You won't hear me complaining.

My Goals:
2nd attempt: Try to get as healthy and active as I can with out concerning my self about the weight. Hopefully the weight will come off as I improve my health



My Program:
May 29th I am currently working out 2-3 hours a day 6 days a week. Mainly to prove I can and to see what happens
April 30th: I joined WW's for about 6 months and that helped for awhile until I plateaued and gave up. I went from 249 down to 201 lbs and have regained 29 lbs. So now I have a YMCA membership and am trying to exercise at least 1.5 hours 5 times a week while watching my food intake.

Personal Information:
I live in Idaho, have 2 adult children and a wonderful husband of 28 years.

Other Information:
Inspiring people are food for our spirits. They come in all kinds of disguises and descriptions. If you open your heart to being inspired, they will appear.



Food is fuel, not 'comfort' for when I'm stressed, not 'entertainment' for when I'm bored, and not 'distraction' for when I need a break.

Well good day pretty lady! Just wanted to thank you for the comments. I did love the video clip you posted to me. Would you might if i put it up in a blog, and state it came from you. I think it is very inspiring, and provoking, makes me want to push self a lil harder.
I hope you have a great day!!! And you are not alone, still wont like myself in photos either, some people dazzle the camera and never take a bad pic! Sheesh! But to me, your pictures really are very nice!!!!I love the picture of you saying even skinny wont like yourself, am sorry but you have the best smile there, its great to be silly and have fun!!!

A couple of things I'm curious about. I live about - oh I don't know - 45 miles from you and as far as I can tell we have NO seashore close to us. In fact, there is a whole other state between us and the ocean, so I'm curious to the name.

Secondly, where oh where are you pictures? I love to see who I'm chatting with and becoming friends with.

Also, if you look on my page there are a couple of teams you might be interested in: The Idaho one and the Boise one. I'm not really active on them, I chat once in awhile and have friends from them but I'm extremely busy at home.
