Every Journey starts with a single step

So, I've been on and off this site for quite a while now. Hopefully this time I'll be more on instead of off! Junior year and Senior year of college were NOT kind to my waistline or stress levels. Nor was the discovery of the many delicious types of alcoholic drinks you can make with a little money and time....

So, for now, I'm swearing off of soda, and limiting myself to 2 drinks a week.

Original Text: I finally gained my Sophomore 10! I couldn't gain my Freshman 15 in part of the depression that left me unable to eat and getting bronchitis that left me unable to eat anything that wasn't super soft and warm like noodles.... SO. I made up for that by gaining ten pounds this year!

I want to ungain them. XD

- regular exercise (x2 a week)
- 4 to 5 glasses of water a day
- At least 7 hours of sleep a night.

My Program:
Right now:

Watch what I eat.
Exercise whenever I have a partner (mom, little brother, or boyfriend).
Wii Fit the days I can't get a partner.

Personal Information:
I LOVE to cook!
I love ethnic food, some of that stuff is amazingly tasty.
I really like dessert, which is probably where I gain most of my weight. I love both making it and eating it.
I also love sweet drinks! Another pitfall!!! So, I'm swearing off of any liquid that isn't water unless it is an indulgence day.

Other Information:
I like children's books, video games (though I don't play as much as I use to), and studying Japanese.

Do you realize how few people stayed with a healthy lifestyle who joined when you did two years ago? I know they WISH they had done what you have by making such great changes in your life! emoticon
