My Diet

I'm 26 and have pretty much always been overweight. When I was in college I played football and I had a lot of muscle then so it wasn't too bad, but now I weigh more than I did then and haven't been working out like that so don't quite have the bulk I once had to balance it out.

My lifestyle has been pretty unhealthy and it's just time for a change. I've always been good at working out and have enjoyed sports, but have never eaten well. My main goal in this is to find a diet I ...

My lifestyle has been pretty unhealthy and it's just time for a change. I've always been good at working out and have enjoyed sports, but have never eaten well. My main goal in this is to find a diet I both enjoy and is healthy so I can stick to it. I've found just lowering calories isn't enough because as soon as I quit the diet the weight will come right back on.

I started this attempt in the beginning of September. I'm not sure how much weight exactly I want to lose, but I started at 302 lbs and want to end it closer to 200lbs. Since I've always been bigger and have lost a lot of the muscle I had in college I'm unsure of my ideal weight.
