50 Days and Counting Down!

I started losing weight and getting into the fitness life style with Sparkpeople when I was 19, now I'm 24 and still working out and making healthy eating choices. However, life happened and I'm not at the fitness level I want to be at! I have trip to California planned in May so I'm going to get back on the Spark Horse and get my butt in gear. I have about 50 days to reach some goals! I'm ready to do this!!!

I barely come on Spark people. I'm still training with my personal trainer. He is awesome. I have also totally changed my aspect and turned my life around. Fitness is part of my lifestyle, I no long count calories and stopped thinking of calories in versus calories out. When i kicked that thought process out, I start eating better, and more often. I plan on going on a Banff trip the end of this month. Life has been busy working full time, studying for my accounting designation, and gym 5 days a week.

A Gazelle is a low impact exercise machine you stand on. Your legs swing back and forth, your arms swing back and forth on handles. Tony Little endorses it. if one goes fast it burns alot of calories. I also use hand weights while the legs are moving to really kick it up a notch. i put on dance/electronic music with a fast beat and go to town and sweat. it is a good cardio and strength workout, it also works/stretches the gluts/quads. You can find a pix of it online. They are inexpensive and built tolast for ever.
I also have a NordicTrack Elliptical. It is great. it is the only Elliptical i have had that hasn't broke down. i work it hard too.
i like to vary what i do to keep it fresh, use different muscles. i just started back jogging. i also have a Total gym, that is NEVER easy. Best money I ever spent.
