My Goals:
it's no longer about the numbers, no longer about reaching a certain weight, having abs, or fitting into a certain size, or even hitting marks based on calories.. it's about being the best i can be and giving it my all. no matter what work out i'm doing or what class i'm teaching I do it with everything I have, everything I am, to be the best i possibly can. simple as that.

My Program:
Cardio: 5-6 days/week
Cardio formats will vary, anything from kick boxing, running, stair stepping ect..

strength training: 3 times a week

ab work: 2 days/week

yoga: 3 days/week

intake: 1600-2200
outtake: 5000/week

work outs vary a bit here and there. check my logs or ask questions if you want to know more =]

The duathalon was loads of fun! The single track was tougher than I had imagined, it was a good result for our first effort though (= emoticon emoticon

How exciting yes I will be looking for those updates hehe!! It's going to be a great summer for the two of us I'm guessing. It's my last summer before I apply to the nursing program, after that there's no more summer for a couple of years haha.
