To learn to eat foods that are better for me. Deal with stress in a more productive way. Lose weight!
I find that writing down on paper everything I put into mouth seems to make me more aware. I transfer into my tracker once or twice a day. I have also started walking. I have three dogs and I try to take them out in the morning and again in the evening. I am still recovering from a surgery, too overweight and out of shape to do anything more strenuous right now.
