Beginning midnight April 1, track. Track everything. Nutrition, water, exercise, the whole shebang. Don't track something, you are out. Fess up. Miss your 8 cups of water, out. Blow your calories, you are out. Fess up on this thread. Exercise without tracking, out. To make it fun, don't exercise at least one hour a week, out.
Once a week on Sundays (say), roll call for those who still are "in" and playing.
